CertiCell hosts auctions on a monthly basis to liquidate cellular devices that, for various reasons, the company is not planning to repair and refurbish but may be of value to others. These are end user collected phones that are sold in a “used as is,” tested or repair stock state. In the auction, these products are sold to the highest bidder by line item.

• Eligible participants are refurbishers (ranging from very large to small independent dealers) and brokers who sell to refurbishers, dealers and distributors.
• Provides a platform for carriers, OEMs and collectors to liquidate excess, obsolete or unwanted inventory in varying states of condition.
• Allows refurbishers to buy safe and non-tampered with product from a trusted source at a fair market price.
