Q: Can you ship out of the United States?
A: Yes, we can ship outside of the United States. However, all shipping costs are covered by the customer and product must be paid for, in full, before we will ship.
Q: Who pays for shipping?
A: Shipping is paid for by the customer. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the product after it is packaged and ready for shipment. Shipping cost is also determined by the method of shipment chosen (i.e. ground, overnight, 2nd day air, etc).
Q: What is included in a kitted phone?
A: This varies by phone model, however, the majority of the kitted phones will ship in a retail style box with a battery and a charger.
Q: What does refurbished mean?
A: A refurbished phone is a previously owned phone that has had minor repair and/or maintenance done to it to restore it to a “like new” state. During the refurbishing process, the phone will receive a brand new housing and other cosmetic parts. It will also undergo both quality and functionality testing to ensure that everything is working properly.
Q: What is an ESN?
A: An ESN is an Electronic Serial Number. It is a 32-bit control number used for cell phone activation.
Q: Is the ESN on this refurbished phone clear for activation?
A: CertiCell runs all of the ESNs through CDMA databases. According to the service provider, the phone is clear for activation during the time of testing.
