Terry Daidone is a co-founder of CertiCell and is currently serving on the Board of Managers. Terry has an extensive career in business start-ups relating to aftermarket supply chain services and returns management. In 1986 Terry founded PHD Computer Services, Inc., a leading supplier of products and after market services to the printer supplies industry. In 1990 his company was acquired by Nashua Corp. in Nashua New Hampshire, a Fortune 500 company at that time. Terry served as President of Nashua Cartridge Products, Inc. until 1995 when he acquired a majority of ERS, Inc. Terry co-founded The FundingFactory, an innovative business model for recycling consumer products, including printer cartridges and used cell phones and served as CEO of ERS/Funding Factory until its acquisition in early 2007. Terry received his B.S. in Finance from Northeastern University in 1986.
Dave Steffens is a co-founder of CertiCell and is currently serving on the Board of Managers. Dave has an extensive career in business start-ups relating to aftermarket supply chain services and returns management. In 1990, Dave founded Environmental Reclamation Services, Inc., a leading supplier of products and supply-chain services to the printer supplies aftermarket. In 1997, Dave co-founded The FundingFactory, an innovative business model for recycling consumer products, including printer cartridges and used cell phones. The FundingFactory collection network now includes more than 30,000 schools and not-for-profits throughout the United States. Dave received a B.S. in Accounting from Rider University in 1989.
Michael Hull joined the Company in July 2007 as Financial Controller and currently serves as its Secretary and Treasurer. Mike, a certified public accountant, has had extensive and varied experience working with start-up companies both as President of his own accounting and business consulting firm and as Chief Financial Officer of an educational start-up. In this capacity, he participated in two rounds of financing successfully raising 25M and 35M, respectively. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is an alumnus of the big four accounting firm, KPMG.
